This interactive 2-hour class is designed for new parents and caregivers seeking practical, hands-on guidance for caring for their newborn.

You'll learn essential skills such as diapering, swaddling, soothing techniques, and establishing safe sleep routines.

The class goes beyond the basics, addressing common concerns about feeding challenges.

Learn to read your baby’s cues, support healthy sleep habits, and use proven soothing strategies for comfort and calm.

Led by an experienced doula, the curriculum blends evidence-based education with compassionate support, empowering you to build confidence and find community with others on the same journey.

Expect an open, welcoming atmosphere where questions are encouraged, and building skills for both baby and parent is the main goal.
